Bridging the Digital Divide in Rural Kenya

Despite the rapid growth of technology in urban areas, many rural communities remain digitally excluded. Internet penetration in urban Kenya is 55.2%, while rural areas lag behind at just 23.5% (CAK, 2021).

Why it matters:

  1. Lack of digital access limits educational resources, career opportunities, and information.

  2. Youth and women are unable to compete in the modern digital economy.

Our Approach:

  1. Establishing rural digital hubs equipped with computers and internet.

  2. Providing hands-on ICT training to make technology accessible and practical.

  3. Partnering with local institutions to ensure sustainable digital inclusion.
